Candidates should have a degree in technical stream and also excellent programming skills in Java, J2EE (JSP, Servelets, EJB)
Experience in Struts, OOPS, J2EE Design Patterns and experience on different application servers
Should knowledge of relational database (Oracle, DB2, SQL Server)
Should be good at project scheduling, especially estimation and tracking Should possess excellent analytical skills and also strong debugging and trouble shooting skills
Should be very good at customer interaction and presentation
Ability to supervise the team output, quality and productivity
